Our clients can avail from us Indicators for Ethylene Oxide Sterlization (ETO). Etigam's ETO Indicators change color from violet to green during the treatment with sufficient ethylene oxide. These are stick-on labels, which are widely used in various industries. The shade of green may be different from original because of the gas-mixture used. These Indicators help in differentiating ETO treated products from untreated products.

The quality of the Indicators is tested after each production on various parameters like moisture resistance and others. These Indicators change color with parti480 mg/lcular concentrations of ethylene oxide and sterilization times. The color changes from violet to green.

We are a prominent supplier of high-quality indicators for steam sterilization, which are lead free indicator labels. Our etigam’s process indicators have been especially designed to suit high temperature of 121 °c/1 bar or 134 °c/2 bar in steam autoclaves. These indicators cannot be used as an alternative of proper dosimetry but used for distinguishing steam exposed products from non-exposed products.

These indicators change its color from pink to dark brown during the steam sterilization process is being held. Our indicators can be placed anywhere either inside or outside of the packaging. These indicators have been manufactured in compliance with ISO 11140-1

These indicators are manufactured as per the ISO 11140-1 "sterilization of health care products - chemical indicators - part 1: general requirements, section 4. 1. And 6", and in compliance with nen-en 867-2 "non - biological systems for use in sterilizers - part 2: process indicators (class a)".

Quality control:

We saturate samples of each production in a steam autoclave under the following conditions:

• Temperature 121 °c (250°f) / 134 °c (272°f)
• Pressure 1 bar / 2 bar
• Time 16 minutes / 6 minutes

Storage conditions and precautions:

• The indicators should be stored in a cool room temperature and dry
• The indicators must be protected from sunlight, chemicals or chemical vapors.
• Color change: pink - dark brown

Etigam Gamma and E-beam indicators are stick on labels which are designed to demonstrate that the item has been exposed to sufficient gamma or beta irradiation. They distinguish the difference between processed and non-processed items by a colour change of the indicator. These indicators are to be used on individual items to be sterilized. The standard indicators are manufactured in different shapes (round, square or Meto shape) and some also feature text. These indicators can be delivered from stock.

Etigam irradiation indicators are self adhesive labels, to be applied on the outer packaging of products. They are developed to demonstrate that the item has been exposed to sufficient Gamma, E-beam or X-ray. They show the difference between processedand unprocessed items by a colour change of the indicator.
