Hylomar Aerograde is a highly engineered, non-setting and non-hardening gasketing compound for use in the aeronautical industry with a wide operating temperature of -50°C to +250°C. Hylomar Aerograde was developed in conjunction with Rolls Royce – Aerospace Division for sealing joints in turbine engines.

Etigam Irrad indicators are stick on labels which are designed to demonstrate that the item has been exposed to sufficient gamma, X-ray or beta irradiation. They distinguish the difference between processed and non-processed items by a colour change of the indicator. These indicators are to be used on individual items to be sterilized. The standard indicators are manufactured in different shapes (round, square or Meto shape) and some also feature text. These indicators can be delivered from stock.

ISOFLEX NBU 15 is a high-speed grease with a good pressure absorption capacity. It consists of a combination of ester oil, synthetic hydrocarbon oil and mineral oil and a barium complex soap. It offers good protection against wear and corrosion and is resistant to water, media and oxidation. 

It is a heavy component cleaner formulated from a carefully selected blend of solvents that remove moisture, oil, carbon, waxy sludge, dirt or any other contaminations effectively from electronic and electrical circuits. It is formulated from new generation solvents free from Carbon Tetra Chloride (CTC), Silicones, 1-1-1 Trichloroethane, CFC 113, etc. which are banned and not Eco-Friendly.

Clean the lubricating points well for optimal effect. Before filling for first time, remove anti-corrosion agent. Fill the bearing such
that all functional surfaces are certain of being greased. Fill normal bearings up to about 1/3 of the free space inside the bearing,
high-speed bearings (DN value < 400,000) up to about 1/4. Low-speed bearings (DN value > 50,000) and their housings should
be filled completely. In as far as available, the bearing and machine manufacturer's instructions should be observed. Subsequent
lubrication at the lubrication nipples by grease gun or by automatic lubrication system. Assess the lubrication frequency and
quantity on the basis of the service conditions. If old grease cannot be removed, restrict the quantity of grease so as to avoid overlubricating
the bearing. If lubrication frequencies tend to be low, you should aim for a full grease change. Caution: Only mix with
suitable lubricants.
